When visiting our website

Contacting us
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us, by using a contact form. Our office management is the recipient of your request. It is generally necessary to provide your name and a valid e-mail address so that we know from whom the request came from and to respond to your request. Further information can be provided voluntarily or is absolutely necessary for your inquiry.
The data processing for the purpose of establishing contact takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data ,for the use of the contact form, collected by us will be automatically deleted after the request has been submitted.
Data Security
For the operation of our servers and offers, we rely predominantly on self-managed open source software. All stored data is stored on our own servers. Our servers are located in a data center in Germany. Data center operators or our contractual partners are in any case German companies. If necessary, we have concluded contract processing contracts with these companies which comply with the statutory requirements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
We use the widely used TLS (Transport Layer Security, SSL = Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser on our transport security websites. In general, this is a 256-bit encryption. This ensures that the communication between your device and our servers is encrypted. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted encrypted, you can tell by the (usually) green or closed representation of the key or lock icon in the address bar of your browser.
In addition, we use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse and manipulation or loss. The measures we use are continually optimized in line with technological developments.
Disclosure of data
Please note: Under no circumstances will your personal data be disclosed to third parties unless this is absolutely necessary, as explained below. In no case do we sell your data, pass it on for promotional purposes or use it beyond the minimum required.
